Hi, I’m Corey! With over 20 years of hands-on experience, I founded Renos by Corey (Formerly Woodland Contracting) to bring a fresh approach to home renovations. I was tired of seeing rushed jobs and stressed homeowners, so I built my company on three core pillars: exceptional quality, clear communication, and true accountability. My goal is to make every renovation experience affordable and reassuring from start to finish.

What began as a tradesperson doing odd jobs has evolved into a passion for creating beautiful interior and exterior home transformations. When you work with us, you work directly with me. I personally oversee every detail, ensuring precision, care, and the highest level of craftsmanship—no middlemen, just a seasoned expert invested in your home.

When I’m not busy bringing renovation visions to life, I’m all about enjoying the great outdoors. My favorite activities include mountain biking, ATVing, snowmobiling, and snowboarding. I also love hiking and exploring new landscapes, often with my three amazing dogs in tow. They’re big fans of swimming, so we spend a lot of time at my girlfriend’s cottage near Perth, and we’re also discovering the joys of gardening together.

Travel and food are big passions of mine—I love experiencing new places and trying diverse cuisines. Live music is another go-to, and I always enjoy catching a good show. I’m the middle of three brothers, and we’re a close-knit family, all living in the Ottawa area and frequently connecting with our parents in Greely.
